Ancestry: Triton
Triton are a line of humans native to the plane of water, having migrated there while traveling the seas and- instead of succumbing to the endless ocean- were bestowed with the ability to survive there by great powers of the sea. The triton became servants of these powers, building settlements to guard the ocean depths, deep trenches, portals to the elemental planes, and other dangerous spots far from the eyes of land-bound folk. Despite their long-established guardianship of the deep ocean floor, the noble tritons have gradually become increasingly active in the world above for unknown reasons.
Triton appear to be humanoids with webbed hands and feet, small fins on their calves, arms, and heads. Their skin is in shades of blues and greens. Their eyes are yellow, black, or pearl white.
