Monk: Way of the Oracle
Monks of the way of the oracle use their minds and their ki to sense the world around them and have access to knowledge of the future and past. They are mostly isolated and few staying in small monasteries or towns, providing aid and guidance to those who seek it. Their isolation does not affect their combat capabilities as they predict the moves of the enemy and take him down with his own weaknesses.
Casting Divination Spells:
Some abilities allow you to cast spells when you reach certain monk levels. See chapter 10 for the general rules of spellcasting. To cast one of these spells, you use its casting time and other rules, but you don't need to provide material components for it.
You can cast certain spells without using ki a few times until you finish a long rest, some spells have the same pool for these free casts as detailed in the Way of the Oracle spells tables.

Speech of the Inner Voice
The control over ki and the mind allows you to access other minds and commune with them through ki.
Starting at 3rd level, you can speak telepathically to any creature you can see within a number of feet of you equal to 10 times your monk level. The creature understands you only if the two of you share a language.
When you speak with a creature this way you can give it the ability to speak with you regardless of line of sight or range. This bond remains as long as you both are on the same plane, for a number of minutes equal to your monk level until you end this effect or until you give it to another creature.
Starting at 13th level, Tongue of the Sun and Moon affects your telepathic abilities.
Combat Prediction
Your quick mind and access to the mind of your foes gives you the edge in winning every battle while extracting information from the enemy.
Also, at 3rd level after probing a creature using detect thoughts choose 2 of the following benefits:
- You gain blindsight with a range of 10 feet.
- You have a bonus to your AC equal to your proficiency bonus regarding only to a creature you are probing.
- Each round starting on your turn, you gain advantage on the first attack roll against a creature you are probing.
- When a creature you are probing misses you with an attack, you can use you reaction to make an unarmed strike against the creature.
You can change these benefits as a bonus action or when you probe a new creature. If you use your action to probe a creature you can still attack as a bonus action. The spell no longer ends when a target resists your probing.
Foretelling Reflexes
You can see flashes of the imminent future, this in tandem with your incredible speed allows you to react to danger inhumanly.
Starting at 6th level, when you roll for initiative you can choose to do so at a disadvantage. If you do so you can cast Detect Thoughts or take the dodge action as a reaction.
Improved Forecast
The ability to predict outcomes of events and sense the world around you grows in scale as you hone your skills, your mind, and your ki.
Additionally at 6th level, whenever a spell references a cumulative chance for a random reading this chance is divided by your wisdom modifier.
In addition, your casting time for Augury and Clairvoyance is 1 action.
Intuitive Divination
The paths of history and destiny become clearer to you as you expand your abilities to follow and observe these paths.
At the 11th level, when encountering a subject of importance such as a place, an object, or a person the DM can force an instant casting of Legend Lore upon you. This effect can happen once until you finish a short or long rest.
True Prophet
After mastering your divination abilities, you made your mind and essence an impenetrable fortress and your combat prowess supreme.
At 17th level, whenever you are targeted by any divination magic or perceived through magical scrying sensors, you know which spell or effect is being used and its origin by making a Wisdom saving throw with the spell’s level adding 10 as the DC, if it has no spell level the check succeeds automatically. Additionally, your thoughts can't be read by telepathy or other means unless you allow it.
Also, whenever you finish a short or long rest, you can cast Find the Path with the casting time as part of that rest.
Finally, when you cast Detect Thoughts, for the duration of the spell you can cast Foresight in the same action by spending an additional 4 ki points. When you enhance Detect Thoughts in this way you gain all the benefits from the Combat Prediction ability and your concentration cannot be broken.
