Battlerager
Path of the battle rager

You gain two tool proficiency: Leatherworkers tools and smiths tools. If you have these proficiencies already you gain, you gain expertise in them.

Battlerager Armor:

At 3rd level You maintain all Barbarian features while wearing spiked armor. You are proficient in spiked armor as an exotic melee weapon. Battlerager Armor When you choose this path at 3rd level, you can craft or modify any armor into spiked armor.

Once per combat while you are wearing spiked armor and raging, when you use an attack action you can take a free action to make a melee weapon attack with your armor spikes against a target within 5 feet of you. If the attack hits, the spikes deal 1d6 piercing damage. (Strength modifiers and Raging damage bonus still apply.) This damage is increased to 1d8 at 11th level and to 1d10 at 17th level.

Additionally, when you use the Attack action to grapple a creature, the target takes 1d4 piercing damage if your grapple check succeeds.

Once per long rest, you can modify any armor to become spiked armor. You need 50 gp in raw gem materials and a skill check using Smith’s Tools. Any armor that becomes spiked armor causes it to weigh 5 pounds more. If the armor is magical, then the gold required is increased by 50 GP for each rarity level. The armor retains its original properties.

Gut buster potion. You have advantage on saving throws against poison, and you have resistance to poison damage. If you already have this feature you instead gain immunity to poison. Years of consuming this vile concoction has strengthened your immune system against toxins. Any other creature who imbibes this potion must make a DC 20 at disadvantage or gain the poisoned condition and take 1D4 poison damage as their body expels this violently.

Dwarven Upkeep At 3rd level, your armor gains the mending cantrip. This feature can restore the magical properties of the armor.

Spiked Retribution Starting at 6th level, when a creature within 5 feet of you hits you with an attack, you can use a free action to make an attack with your spiked armor against the attacker. If you are raging, you can choose to attack recklessly with this attack, unless you have already attacked recklessly during your last turn. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier per turn and only once each turn against the same attacker. While being held, grappled, swallowed, or restrained by a creature or you are grappling a creature. You do your spiked damage at the start of the creature's turn. \columnbreak

Battlerager Charger Battlerager Charge Beginning at 10th level, you can take the Dash action as a bonus action while you are raging. If you move at least 10 feet in a straight line while dashing, you can attack as part of the Dash action and gain one effect to that attack. You can either gain a +5 bonus to the attack’s damage roll or push the target up to 10 feet back. If you make an attack roll and hit with the spiked armor you may make a grapple check as part of that attack.

Also, at 10th level, your spiked armor gains the momentum feature.

Battlerager Vigor Starting at 14th when you are dropped to 0 hits or below while you're raging and not killed outright, you are instead reduced to 1 hit point. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

Additionally, when you begin raging and at the start of each of your turns while raging, you gain temporary hit points equal to 5 + your Constitution modifier if you have no more than half of your hit points left. These temporary hit points vanish when your rage ends or when you doff your spiked armor.

If your DM allows the overrun opiton from DMG pg. 272 The following features also provide these benefits

** Battlerager Armor: While wearing your spiked armor, any successful overrun checks you make will cause the target to take damage from your spiked armor.
