Paladin: Oath of OSHA Compliance
Did you know that 89% of all Evil Overlord lairs don't even have protective equipment for their employed minions? Approximately 1 in 6 eldritch cultists will be maimed or killed in tragic dungeon accidents that could have been prevented with just the minimum required safeguarding. The Oath of OSHA Compliance stands against such negligent misconduct by managers of dangerous workplaces, and the Paladin's Union ensures that the menial laborers and villainous underlings of the world get the protections they deserve.
Tenets of OSHA Compliance
Safety in the Workplace. A healthy employee is a productive employee.
Following Proper Procedure. The regulations are there to help you, not to hinder you.
Punctual Paperwork. A timely, well-written report will save lives in the long run.

Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
- Guard Railings. As an action, you can summon a number of railings equal to your Charisma modifier in an unoccupied space within 60 feet of you. Each of these railings occupies a 5ft by 5ft space, emits bright light for 5 feet and dim light for a further 5 feet, can be used as half cover, and is considered difficult terrain for the purposes of climbing over. These railings last for 1 hour, or until dismissed as a bonus action.
- Disabled Access. As an action, you can select a point that you can see within 60 feet of you. A 30ft by 30ft cube centered on this point is instantly smoothed into a gentle gradient for ease of mobility. Any difficult terrain in this cube becomes non-difficult terrain, and moving through it takes half the usual movement. Any creatures standing within the cube as the terrain is transformed must make a Dexterity saving throw, or fall prone.
By the Book
Also at 3rd level, you have advantage on any Intelligence (History) skill checks made to recall rules and regulations.
Aura of Protocol
Starting at 7th level, you and friendly creatures within 10 feet of you have advantage on saving throws against traps, falling prone, or falling from high enough to cause fall damage. Additionally, you and friendly creatures within 10ft of you are able to write non-magical text twice as fast.
At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet.
Hi-Vis Jacket
Beginning at 15th level, you may use a bonus action to don a magical reflective jacket. You are immune to radiant damage while wearing this jacket, and have advantage on saving throws against spells that deal damage. However, ranged and melee attacks made against you have +2 to hit, and you have disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks. You may remove the jacket as another bonus action, at which point the jacket becomes unusable until the end of your next short rest.

Forklift Certification
At 20th level, you achieve the highest honour bestowed upon a champion of proper conduct: a license to operate forklifts. As an action, you can summon your holy forklift in an unoccupied space within 30ft of you. The forklift is considered a large construct, seats two, is indestructable, and has a movement speed of 30ft. The forklift can be driven as a standard vehicle, or given verbal instruction that it will follow to the best of its ability. The forklift has the following uses.
- You may use the forks to lift up to 20 tons. While at over half its maximum weight capacity, the forklift's movement speed is halved.
- You may use the forklift as full cover.
- Any creatures seated within the forklift are protected from external environmental hazards, such as flames, toxic gas and acid.
The forklift remains present for 1 hour and then disappears. It cannot be resummoned until you finish a long rest.
