Barbarian:

Path of the Overcharged

In a distant world, alchemy and magic are intertwined in a passionate embrace. The dangerous combination of these two disciplines results in a new type of warrior: the Overcharged Barbarian. These creatures are the product of a daring and perilous experiment that combines the potent energy of electricity with the mortal nature of a barbarian. Born from the fusion of arcane and alchemical methods, these soldiers are capable of brutally defeating enemies and bringing back to life an ally, maintaining the balance between life and death.

It's Alive!

3rd level Overcharged ability

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can harness and convert other energies to electricity to bring yourself back to life. When you are at 0 hit points and take damage that isn't bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing, you can choose to not count is as a failed death saving throw and spend Hit Dice up to your Proficiency Bonus to regain Hit Points equal to the result. You can not use this ability if you don't have any Hit Dices remaining.

Overcharge

3rd level Overcharged ability

At 3rd level, when you adopt this path, you gain resistance to lightning damage.

In addition, you have learned to conduct electricity in your attacks. While raging, the first creature you hit on each of your turns with a weapon attack takes extra lightning damage equal to 1d6 + half your Barbarian level.

Recharge

6th level Overcharged ability

Starting at 6th level, the electricity now can make you recharge your vital energy. As a reaction, you can use your "It's Alive!" feature to regain hit points while still awake.

Furthermore, you gain resistance to thunder damage.

Real Conductor

10th level Overcharged ability

At 10th level, you become the ideal electricity conductor. While raging, you are immune to thunder and lightning damage.

Blasted Tree

14th level Overcharged ability

At 14th level, you have mastered the ability to unleash all stored energy, obliterating anything in your path.

As an action, you can release a substantial amount of energy that manifests as a towering tree, soaring to great heights. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius, 40-foot-high cylinder centered on you must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier). A target takes 8d8 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. This feature also affects objects and structures. In addition, you may choose to incur one level of exhaustion to increase the damage to 12d8 lighting damage instead.

Alternatively, instead of using your ability to cause damage, you can cast the Revivify spell. When you cast this spell using this feature, you ignore the material components and can cast it while raging. Additionally, you may choose to incur one level of exhaustion to cast the spell Raise Dead in the place of Revifity at the same conditions.

You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

If you are using One D&D's rules, consider taking 2 points of exhaustion to boost the ability.

Bridal Chest

Weapon (glaive or battleaxe), very rare (requires attunement by a Overcharged Barbarian)

Bridal Chest is the Frankenstein monster's weapon, functioning as both a weapon and an electricity conductor. The item can be found at his grave, Frankenstein's lab, or in the possession of someone else.

If it's a battleaxe, it does bludgeoning damage instead slashing.

You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Powerful Discharge. The lightning damage you do with Overcharge and Blasted Tree features ignore resistance and threats immunity as resistance.

Honorable Sacrifice. When you use Blasted Tree, you can choose to sacrifice yourself to upgrade the effects. You fall dead. But the damage you can cause is 20d8 and the area now is a 40-foot-radius, 80-foot-high cylinder; or you can cast True Resurrection without material components and while raging.
