1. Initiates:

• Communion Potential: Initiates can begin to develop their connection with nature spirits. At the beginning of every day, players may increase one of their Attribute points by 2. The effect ends at the start of a long rest or if the player in this faction dies.
• Tribal Marking: Upon initiation, players receive a tribal tattoo representing their chosen tribe, which grants them a minor elemental ability related to their respective element. You may choose one option from below:

1. Earth- Your AC is increased by 1, and you gain 1d6 + Con modifier in Temporary hitpoints once per day.
2. Water- You gain the ability to breath in water, your swim speed is increased by +10, and you gain resistance to cold damage. 3.Forest- Difficult Terrian no longer affects your movement speed
3. Desert- Advantage to all Stealth checks.

• Elemental Affinity: As players progress in their ranking, they can gain a proficiency bonus to their elemental magic, allowing them to cast spells more effectively and with greater control.
• Primordial Tongue: Initiates may have the opportunity to learn the Primordial language, the ancient language spoken by elemental beings, enabling them to communicate with and understand these entities.
• Elemental Manipulation Tools: Initiates may learn how to wield specialized tools, such as elemental crystals or enchanted artifacts, to enhance their elemental magic abilities.

• Elemental Mastery: Champions have honed their elemental magic to a greater extent, allowing them to cast more advanced spells with heightened potency and precision.
• Spiritual Aegis: Champions can establish a stronger bond with nature spirits, granting them temporary bonuses in battles or specific situations.
• Enhanced Tribal Tattoo: As a mark of their elevated status, champions' tribal tattoos become further enchanted, granting them additional and more powerful elemental abilities.
• Tidecaller Lore: Champions can gain proficiency in the history, traditions, and rituals of the Varunian Tidecallers, enabling them to better understand the faction's origins and customs.
• Ritual Implements: Champions can gain proficiency in using ritual implements, such as ceremonial daggers or sacred objects, allowing them to perform powerful rituals and ceremonies.
