- 25 foot speed on land, underwater or swimming
- you can breathe air or water

- you are resistant to slashing and piercing damage
- you are vulnerable to blunt damage
- large claws:
- you cannot wear normal rings, boots or gloves
- in melee you deal 1d6 + PB + STR slashing or blunt damage
- you can't use weapons or shields
- you get advantage to start or hold a grapple
- (your smaller, inner claws can hold wands, operate doors, etc)
- claw crush:
- you may make a bonus attack against any grappled creature
- it deals 1d4 + STR blunt damage
- many legs:
- you have advantage against being knocked prone
- vision of the deep:
- you have dark-vision to 60 feet
- you have disadvantage to attack rolls and perception in sunlight
