Maniacal Mockery

When you join the College of Jesters at 3rd level, you learn the vicious mockery cantrip, which doesn't count against the number of bard cantrips you know. By expending a use of your Bardic Inspiration you can cast vicious mockery as bonus action. When you cast it in this way, roll the Bardic Inspiration die. The creature takes additional psychic damage equal to the number rolled.

Additionally, when cast in this way if the creature fails the saving throw you gain an expended use of your Bardic Inspiration.

Ready for the Act

At 3rd level, you gain proficiency with disguise kits or one musical instrument of your choice. You also gain proficiency in one of Acrobatics, Performance, or Sleight of Hand (you choose).

Outwitting Remarks

Starting at 6th level, whenever an ally within 30ft of you is about to make a saving throw to avoid being charmed or frightened you can use your reaction to grant them advantage on the saving throw. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses after a long rest.

Additionally, your movement speed increases by 10ft.

The Final Act

At 14th level, whenever a creature fails a saving throw against your vicious mockery, choose one ability, the creature has disadvantage on saving throws with the chosen ability until the start of your next turn.

Additionally, you can cast vicious mockery as per your Maniacal Mockery feature without expending a use of your Bardic Inspiration die a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1). You regain all expended uses after a long rest.
