This whetstone seems to glow when a blade is pressed to it. The whetstone has 3 charges and regains 1d3 expen-ded charges daily at dawn.

Over the course of 1 minute, you can expend a number of charges to enchant a nonmagical weapon that you touch into a magical weapon with a bonus to attack and damage rolls equal to the number of charges spent. This effect lasts for 1 hour, after which the effect dispels and the weapon returns to being nonmagical.
