This is a magical tome made of starlight and secrets woven together. The Starbound Book is a spectral, tiny object that appears as a scroll, tome, binder, notebook, or similar object. It is intangible and invulnerable, contains vast amounts of knowledge, indecipherable to anyone but the creature it is bound to.

The Starbound Book has 3 charges and regains 1d3 expended charges daily at midnight. You may expend a charge as an action to consult the starlight bound within the book, gaining knowledge in one of the following ways:
Celestial Guidance. For the next 10 minutes, you have advantage on ability checks and saving throws using Wisdom.
The Stars Know. Ask the DM a question, 10 words or less. The DM offers a truthful, potentially vague, reply using five words or less.
True Bearing. For the next hour or you use this feature again, you know the direction and distance to a specific creature or item if they are within 10 miles of you.
