Hag's Diadem
Wonderous Item, Uncommon (requires attunement)
This Diadem is made of a black, ever-warm, metal has a crescent shape at the forehead. Small pin-pricks can be felt around the crown of your head once it is attuned.
With this diadem worn, you may use an action to summon a familiar by taking 1d6 necrotic damage that cannot be reduced. The familiar summoned follows all the same rules as the spell find familiar except the only forms your familiar can take are a bat, cat, raven, or toad.
While your familiar is summoned, you may add a d6 to all Intelligence (Nature) and Charisma (Deception) checks and you may use the Help action as a bonus action on an ally you can see if you or your familiar are within 5 feet of an ally.
After summoning a familiar, you may not use this diadem again until dusk.
