***Plagued Breath (Recharge 5–6).*** The dragon exhales poisonous gas in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area makes a DC 20 Con Save. **Failure:** take 42 (12d6) poison damage and becomes plagued for 1 min. At the start of each of its turns for the duration, a plagued creature takes 5 (1d10) necrotic damage and deals 5 (1d10) poison damage to other creatures within 10ft of it. It can repeat its save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. **Success:** take half damage and is not plagued. >
A creature with immunity to poison damage that fails the save takes no damage, its poison immunity is reduced to resistance for the next hour. > > ***Outbreak.*** The dragon target one creature that is plagued within 60 feet and provoke a violent reaction within it's body. The cloud lingers in the air until the end of the dragon next turn. When a creature enters the spell's area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a Con save. **Failure:** the creature is poisoned until the end of it next turn. A power hungry and knowledge seeking the plague dragon only seek to expend its territory and spread its influence to experiment on new subject. - **Braggart and Liar.** This dragon take personal offense at any perceived challenge and great pleasure in destroying rivals. It claim great swathes of territory but care little for its organization and inner workings, and they perceive the creatures in that territory as test subject. - **Poison Negation.** You have resistance against poison damage. If you already have resistance to poison damage from another source, you instead have immunity to poison damage. - **Dragon Sight.** You gain darkvision out to 60 feet. If you already have darkivison, its radius is increased by 60 feet. - **Dragon Tongue.** You can speak and understand Draconic. - **Poison Expert.** You can cast the **Detect Poison and Disease** spell at will. - **Plagued breath** As an action, you can unleash a 30-foot cone of poisonous gas. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Dex save. - **Failure:** take 6d6 poison damage and if the creature fails by 5 or more it is also plagued for 1 min.
At the start of each of its turns for the duration its takes 3 (1d6) necrotic damage and deals 3 (1d6) poison damage to other creatures within 10ft of it. It can repeat its save at theend of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. **Success:** take half as much damage. - Once this action is used, it can't be used again until the next dawn. ## Tactics ### Monster turn ##### Beginning of the turn 1.
