Blueprint: Hammer of All Souls
Scroll, artifact
The Hammer of All Souls is a one-handed warhammer made from the finest adamantine, gold, and diamond. It is expertly crafted, and a thing of utter beauty to any master dwarven craftsman with the skill to recognize its flawless craftsmanship. It is made in the image of Soulhammer, the warhammer wielded by the dwarven god Moradin.
This blueprint is only available as a gift from Moradin himself, or one of his kin. Upon completion of the weapon, and the blessing of Moradin, this blueprint crumbles into dust and knowledge of its instructions disappears from the crafter's mind. It resists being copied or duplicated and only a wish spell may restore it.

Instructions
Only the finest of dwarven craftsmen can create a Hammer of All Souls. The entire process must be done with an ancient dwarven anvil of power, and the process may not stop once it begins, with only short breaks for rest or food.
The adamantine must be formed into the head of the hammer and attached to the wooden handle carved from the ancient wood, with the gem mounted on the bottom of the shaft. The leather must be tanned and cut into straps to wrap around the handle. The head must be etched with dwarven symbols, particularly the symbol of Moradin. The dragon teeth must be ground down into a fine powder and mixed with the diamond dust. This diamond/teeth dust is inserted into these etchings and the gold must be melted and formed around the hammer as filigree decorations. At the end of each workweek, one spell must be cast upon the weapon in its current state.
After the crafting is complete, an appropriate prayer must be offered up to Moradin. If your prayer and heart is true, and your crafting skills sharp, Moradin will bless the hammer and the process is complete. Else, the effort and materials are wasted.

Hammer of All Souls
Weapon (warhammer), legendary (requires attunement by the crafter only--may not un-attune)
The Hammer of All Souls is a one-handed warhammer made from adamantine. It is expertly crafted, and a thing of utter beauty to any master dwarven craftsman with the skill to recognize its flawless craftsmanship. It is made in the image of Soulhammer, the warhammer wielded by the dwarven god Moradin. Only the crafter may attune to this legendary weapon, and once attuned, it may not be un-attuned until the original attuner has died, the hammer is destroyed, or Moradin revoces his blessing. The Hammer of All Souls is a significantly magically enhanced adamantine warhammer, and is exceptionally durable, but it is not indestructible.
In the hands of a dwarf who exemplifies their people's identity, this hammer grants the ability to consult the knowledge of their dwarven ancestors. They must have mastered the arts of both combat and blacksmithing, follow the righteous path of their people, and receive divine spells from their deity (often Moradin, but not necessarily).
In the hands of a true hero who dedicates themselves to the craft, Moradin grants exceptional reward as long as they follow a righteous path. They become exceptionally skilled at blacksmithing and stoneworking. Their physical health and stamina greatly improves. The weapon gradually becomes exceptionally powerful and returns when thrown, as Moradin's own weapon does, and makes more deadly strikes against evil beings.
The hammer must be struck upon an anvil once every seven days, or else lose half of its power. Moradin uses Soulhammer as both a weapon and a tool, and its offspring is no different. Moradin is strict, and the powers of this item are only made available to those who follow their teachings. They lose these powers if they stray from their righteous path or attack another good dwarf.
