Charring Radiance While the aasimar's Radiant Corona is active, creatures that first enter or starts their turn within 10ft. of them take 4(1d8) fire damage and must succeed a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target is blinded until the end of its next turn.

Radiant Wings While the aasimar's Radiant Corona is active, it gains a flying speed equal to its movement speed.

Innate Spellcasting

The aasimar's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 13). The aasimar can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

  • At Will Firebolt, Light, Sacred Flame, Thaumaturgy
  • 3/day each Burning Hands, Guiding Bolt, Hellish Rebuke
  • 1/day each Daylight, Fireball

Actions

Multiattack. The aasimar can make two attacks with their Scourge Blade or Scourge Bow

Scourge Blade. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, 5ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8+3) radiant damage. While the aasimar's Radiant Corona is active, it deals an additional 4(1d8) fire damage and the target is set ablaze for 1 minute. Burning creatures take 1d8 fire damage at the start of each of its turns unless a creatures uses its action to put out the flames

Scourge bow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, 100/400ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8+3) necrotic damage. While the aasimar's Radiant Corona is active, the target and creatures within 5ft. of the target take an additional 4(1d8) fire damage

Bonus Action

Radiant Corona The aasimar gives off a bright light in a 20ft. radius and dim light an additional 20ft. This light counts as sunlight.

Cinderlight Aasimar

Cinderlight aasimar represent a rare group of aasimar, known as scourges, who have been gifted an incredible amount of power from their celestial patron. Although aasimar scourges can take a variety of different forms, cinderlight aasimar are typically associated with deities who claim the domain of light or fire.

Purging Flames

As their name suggests, cinderlight aasimar are well-known for their ability to unleash their inner divine aspect that transforms them into a living corona of light and fire. Those who are granted this incredible power are also tasked with the responsibility of controlling their power as their divine fire will consume all who wander to close if it is not controlled. However, those who fully master their power are able to serve as powerful agents of the gods that annihilate the enemies of their god with their divine flames.
