Lair Actions

  • Hall of Sorrow. Odin creates a burst of magical energy, dealing 10 force damage to all creatures within 120 feet of him.
  • Hall of Lead. Up to two creatures of Odin's choice within 120 feet of him have their movement halved until the next initiative count 20.
  • Hall of Stone. Shards of stone rain down on creatures within 60 feet of Odin. Any creature within this radius must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, or else take 10 (4d4) slashing damage and be stunned until the next initiative count 20.

Legendary Resistance (3/day). If Odin fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Magical Resistance. Odin has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Actions

Multiattack. Odin makes two attacks with Zantetsuken.

Zantetsuken. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) slashing damage plus 7 (2d6) radiant damage, or 17 (2d10 + 6) slashing damage plus 7 (2d6) radiant damage if used with two hands.


Gungnir. Ranged Spell Attack: +10 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) radiant damage.

Valknut (Recharge 5-6). Odin releases a burst of dark energy in a 15-foot radius centered on himself. Any creature within this radius must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 54 (12d8) force damage on a failed save.

Legendary Actions

Odin can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Odin regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

  • Attack. Odin makes one attack with Zantetsuken.
  • Gagnrath (Costs 2 actions). Odin makes up to three attacks with Gungnir, unaffected by Enmity.
  • Sanngetall (Costs 3 actions). Odin makes an attack on the nearest creature with Zentetsuken, prioritizing a creature marked by Enmity. This attack is a critical hit on a roll of 18-20. Additionally, if the creature is marked by Enmity, this attack deals 18 (4d8) extra slashing damage, or 22 (4d10) extra slashing damage if used with two hands.
