Amphibious. The Bullywug Heavyweight can breathe air and water.

Flurry of Blows (3/day). Immediately after the Bullywug Heavyweight takes the attack action on its turn, it can use this ability to make two kick attacks as a bonus action.

Speak with Frogs and Toads. The heavyweight can communicate simple concepts to frogs and toads when it speaks in Bullywug.

Standing Leap. The heavyweight's long jump is up to 20 feet and its high jump is up to 10 feet, with or without a running start.

Suplex. When the Bullywug Heavyweight is grappling a creature at the beginning of its turns, it brings the creature down with a move known as Facelock Suplex (no action required). The target takes 2d8+3 bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone, and the grapple ends.

Unarmored Defense. While not wearing armor or a shield, the heavyweight adds its Constitution and Dexterity modifiers to its AC.

Actions

Multiattack. The Bullywug Heavyweight makes one Punch attack, and one Kick attack.

Punch. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage. The heavyweight can forgo the damage to grapple the target with its tongue instead (escape DC 13).

Kick. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) slashing damage. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be shoved 5 feet to a direction of the heavyweight's choice.
