This garment slowly exudes a mysterious mist from within it.
It has 5 charges for the following properties, and regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, you lose attunement to this item and it teleports to a random location within 5 miles of you (any spells cast with it are not interrupted).
While wearing this item, you can use a bonus action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it with a range of self: Misty Step (1 charge), Levitate (1 charge), Gaseous Form (2 charges), Far Step (4 charges), Wind Walk (5 charges).
When you cast a spell with this item, mystical mist shrouds your body, granting you a +1 bonus to AC. This effect lasts for the spell's duration and for one round after it ends.
