Sand Glide. While burrowing through sand, the elemental does not disturb the material it moves through.
Sand Form. The elemental can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. It can also move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.
Damage Transfer. While it is grappling a creature, the elemental takes only half the damage dealt to it, and the creature grappled by it takes the other half.
Actions
Multiattack. The Sand Elemental makes two Slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage. If the elemental is currently occupying the target's space, it can grapple the target (escape DC 14) instead of dealing damage. While grappling a creature, the elemental cannot burrow. Only one creature can be grappled at the same time.
