Way of the Grappler

The monks who follow this tradition love freedom, peace in the sounds of nature and the ferocity of a fight to the death. This tradition has no temples nor teachers, it is not spread by word of mouth or is feared around the world, everyone who enters this path does so blindly, looking for something, and only they will know what they find.

Bonus Proficiency

3rd-level Way of the Grappler feature
You gain proficiency in the Acrobatics skill if you don't already have it.

Animals Guide

3rd-level Way of the Grappler feature
When you choose this tradition at level 3, your training allows you to develop enormous strength, necessary to grab and hold enemies that are bigger than you.
• Koala's Grab: Your reach increases by 5 feet and your size count as Large for grapples, At lv 15 you count as huge, you also can use Acrobatics instead of Athletics for Grapples
Your technique allows you to choose if enemies use Athletics or Acrobatics to escape from your grapples.
• Ant Force: You do not lose speed while grappling a creature of your same size, But you lose half if this one is bigger

Wild Methods

6th-level Way of the Grappler feature
• Octopuss Grapple: When an enemy tries to escape from a grapple, you can, as a reaction, force it to make a constitution saving throw, on a failed one it receives 1 die from your martial arts damage and half on a successful one.
• Alligator's Bite: When a creature misses a melee attack within your range, you can spend 1 ki point and as a reaction attempt to grab it.
(Following regular grappling rules)

Hawk Throw

11th-level Way of the Grappler feature
As a bonus action, you can throw an enemy that you have grabbed, it must make a dexterity saving throw, on a failed save it can be thrown within a range of 30 feets, on a successful one it is thrown within a radius of 5 feets of the player ( DM's decision) and the damage is halved

Artist: Daromeon

The enemy takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage (Ki-Empowered Strikes affect this).
The damage can be increased by spending ki points, increasing the damage by 2d6 per point, up to a maximum of 5. These must be spent before the saving throw results.
If the creature hits another, it receives a number of d6 equal to its size (from small to gargantuan)

Rules Of Nature

17th-level Way of the Grappler feature
When your hit points are reduced to half (rounded down), your body becomes capable of normally impossible things, if your life exceeds half, the effect ends abruptly, but it can be activated again under the same conditions:
When the feature activates, choose one of the following effects, all of which last 1 minute:
• You can add 1d10 to any Dexterity roll you make.
• You can subtract 1d10 from saving throws caused by your monk features.
• You can deal 2d10 bludgeoning damage to a grappled enemy during your turns or theirs.
