Ability Score Improvement
When you reach 21st level, and again at 25th and 29th level, you can increase one ability score of your choice by 2, or you can increase two ability scores of your choice by 1. Contrary to earlier levels, you can now improve your ability scores up to 24 using this feature.
Bard College Feature
You gain a feature from your chosen college, detailed at the end of the class description or one from another source.
Reliable Talent
You have refined your chosen skills until they approach perfection. Whenever you make an ability check that lets you add your proficiency bonus, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Song of Rest Improvement
Beginning at 22nd level, the extra hit points generated by Song of Rest increase to 2d12. Additionally, the time required for a short rest is halved for you and any allies within 60 feet of you that can see or hear you.
Legendary Wordsmith
When you would grant another creature a Bardic Inspiration die, you can choose to grant another creature a dice as well. This will expend another use of your Bardic Inspiration as usual.
Magical Secrets
Choose two spells from any classes, including this one. A spell you choose must be of a level you can cast, as shown on the Bard table, or a cantrip. The chosen spells count as bard spells for you and are included in the number in the Spells Known column of the Bard table. You learn two additional spells from any classes at 28th level.
Countercharm Improvement
You can use now your Countercharm feature as a bonus action.
Empathetic Learning
You can choose a 1st level feature from any class and adopt it as your own as if you had one level in the chosen class. The feature can’t be a feature that is restricted to a particular archetype of the chosen class.
Examples include the barbarian’s Rage feature, fighter’s Second Wind feature, or the paladin’s Divine Sense feature.
Expertise
At 28th level, choose four of your skill proficiencies. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses either of the chosen proficiencies.
Empathetic Discovery
Your extensive Empathetic Learning develops, allowing you to choose a second 1st level feature from any class and adopt it as your own, otherwise you can choose a 2nd level feature from the same class you chose for your Empathetic Learning.
Encore
Your greatness in the song and show has now brought you more energy to keep going. As an action, you can regain 5 uses of your Bardic Inspiration. Whilst doing so, each creature of your choice, including yourself, gets a Bardic Inspiration die and a Great Inspiration die, if they have not exceeded the amount of times they can gain a Great Inspiration die.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest. While you have no uses available, you can gain 2 levels of exhaustion to use this feature again.
Bard College Feature
College of Glamour
Majestic
21st-Level Epic College of Glamour Feature
The temporary hit points generated by your Mantle of Inspiration feature increases to your bard level, and you can use your Mantle of Majesty feature once between short or long rests, rather than just between long rests.
Empiric Majesty
27th-Level Epic College of Glamour Feature
You no longer need to concentrate on your Mantle of Majesty feature, and may now expend a use of Bardic Inspiration to have the attacker make the saving throw against your Unbreakable Majesty feature at disadvantage once on a turn.
College of Lore
Additional Magical Secrets
21st-Level Epic College of Lore Feature
You learn two spells of your choice from any class. A spell you choose must be of a level you can cast, as shown on the Bard table, or a cantrip. The chosen spells count as bard spells for you but don't count against the number of bard spells you know.
Expert Casting
27th-Level Epic College of Lore Feature
Casting spells from a specific school comes easily to you. Choose a school of magic. Casting spells from your chosen school will only expend a fraction of your spellcasting efforts. When you cast a bard spell of 3rd level or higher from that school, you regain one expended spell slot. The slot you regain must be of at least two levels lower than the spell you cast and can’t be higher than 5th level.
College of Swords
Improved Blade Flourish
21st-Level Epic College of Swords Feature
Your impressive feats and movements can only become stronger from here on. You now deal two rolls of your Bardic Inspiration dice, and your Blade Flourish options improve as shown below.
Defensive Flourish. If you are hit by an attack whilst using this option, you can reduce the damage taken by a roll of your Bardic Inspiration dice.
Slashing Flourish. Any other creature of your choice that you can see within 20 feet of you takes the additional damage.
Mobile Flourish. You can now push the creature up to 20 feet away, and no longer require a reaction to move. In addition, you may now move up to half your speed in any direction.
Flourish Master
27th-Level Epic College of Swords Feature
You can use your Blade Flourish feature twice when you take the Attack action on your turn; one for each of your attacks.
In addition, the first Blade Flourish you make on a turn doesn’t expend the rolled Bardic Inspiration die.
College of Valour
Inspire Legion
21st-Level Epic College of Valour Feature
When you would grant another creature a Bardic Inspiration die, you can instead choose to grant up to five eligible creatures of your choice a Bardic Inspiration die. You only expend one use of Bardic Inspiration when doing so. You can’t use this feature on a turn where you also use your Legendary Wordsmith feature.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Valorian Magic
27th-Level Epic College of Valour Feature
Your mastery on harmonizing the blade and spell reaches its peak. When you make a weapon attack through your Battle Magic feature, you can replace the attack with a cantrip.
College of Whispers
Shadow Realm
21st-Level Epic College of Whispers Feature
As an action on each of your turns after using your Shadow Lore feature, you may expend a use of your Bardic Inspiration dice to deal necrotic or psychic damage (your choice) equal to your Psychic Blades, without ending the charmed condition on the creature. If the creature dies from this feature, you can choose to immediately use your Mantle of Whispers feature as part of the action, without any reaction, or use your Words of Terror feature on creatures within 60 feet of you and the creature that died.
Metaphysical Impairment
27th-Level Epic College of Whispers Feature
The psychic damage from your Psychic Blades increases to 12d6, and you can choose to deal necrotic damage instead.
College of Eloquence
Sharpest Tongue
21st-Level Epic College of Eloquence Feature
Your ability to hinder someone with your words has developed through repetition of being unsettling yet persuasive. Your Unsettling Words feature can now cause the creature to subtract the number rolled from your Bardic Inspiration dice from the next attack roll of your choosing, in addition to its next saving throw.
In addition, you can treat a d20 roll of 14 or lower on a Charisma (Persuasion), Charisma (Deception) or Charisma (Intimidation) check as a 15.
The Truth Hurts
27th-Level Epic College of Eloquence Feature
Besides inspiring someone, you seem to have a knack in hurting someone's feelings even more. Whenever a creature within 60 feet of you fails a saving throw from a spell or a magical effect, you can use your reaction to deal additional damage equal to two rolls of your Bardic Inspiration dice to a number of creatures equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1). The damage type is equal to the damage type of the spell or magical effect, or psychic (your choice).
College of Creation
Mote of Perfection
21st-Level Epic College of Creation Feature
When the creature uses the Bardic Inspiration die, the mote provides an additional effect based on whether the die benefits an ability check, an attack roll, or a saving throw, as detailed below:
Ability Check. When the creature rolls the Bardic Inspiration die to add it to an ability check, the creature can roll the Bardic Inspiration die two more times and choose which roll to use instead.
Attack Roll. The target and each creature of your choice within 30 feet of it must now succeed on a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or take thunder damage equal to three rolls of your Bardic Inspiration die.
Saving Throw. The creature that uses your Bardic Inspiration die now gains the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration dice plus half your Bard level instead.
Procreation
27th-Level Epic College of Creation Feature
You can now cast the Animate Objects spell at fifth level, without requiring concentration. Creatures created through this feature gain temporary hit points equal to your Bard level for the duration. When the creatures target a creature within 5ft of an ally inspired by you, they can add an additional roll of your Bardic Inspiration die to their attack rolls, damage rolls, and saving throws.
Once you cast the spell in this way, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest.
