Pact Boon

At 3rd level, your otherworldly patron bestows a gift upon you for your loyal service. You gain one an additional option to choose from:

Pact of the Body

Your body has been marked by your patron, changed per their whim. For example, a warlock of the undead patron may look like a cadaver, or a fiend warlock might grow horns and leathery skin. You gain the following benefits:

  • While not wearing armor and not wielding a shield, your AC equals 13 + your charisma modifier.
  • You can use your body as a spellcasting focus. When you cast a spell that requires a ranged attack roll, you can instead make a melee spell attack to deliver the spell. These attacks can come from new-found claws, fangs or other changes to your body.
  • You no longer need to eat, drink, or breathe.

Invocations

You gain additional Invocations to choose from.

Eldritch graft

Prerequisites: Pact of the Body
Your patron grafts an additional limb on you, such as a tail, arm, or a tentacle. It counts as a natural weapon you are proficient with, and it uses the statistics of a martial weapon of your choice.

When you make a Strength check using this limb, you gain a bonus equal to your Charisma modifier.

Skittering horror

Prerequisites: 5th level, Pact of the Body
Your corrupted form moves at unnatural angles, granting you proficiency in Dexterity saving throws. In addition, you can use your bonus action to dash.

Primal vessel

Prerequisites: 5th level, Pact of the Body
You gain resistance to one of acid, cold, fire, lightning, or thunder damage. You can change the damage type of your unarmed strikes and melee spell attacks to this damage type.

If you already have resistance to the chosen damage type, you can gain resistance to another damage type from this list.

Black whispers

Prerequisites: 7th level, Pact of the Body
Your patron whispers forbidden knowledge from newfound mouths on your mutated body. When you fail an ability check, you can use your reaction to roll a 1d6. On a roll of 4 or higher, you get a bonus to the check equal to the number rolled.

You can use this feature once per short or long rest.

Symbiosis

Prerequisites: 7th level, Pact of the Body
You gain an additional creature type, in addition to your original. The type is one that represents your patron, such as Fiend.

When you finish a long rest, you can learn one spell from your patron's expanded spell list, which lasts until you choose another.

Mutating form

Prerequisites: 9th level, Pact of the Body
When you cast a spell that summons a creature, you can graft it onto yourself. The creature shares your space, and it moves with you. When an attack would target you, you can have it target the summoned creature instead.
