Debt Collector

Weapon (Glaive), Very Rare (Requires Attunement)

Pulled from the hands of a wealthy Deathpact Angel, this solid gold scythe still lingers with the powers of its previous master.

Magical. This glaive has a +1 to its attack and damage rolls.

Lighter than Gold. This glaive gains the Finesse property.

Decaying Influence. This weapon deals an extra 2d6 necrotic damage to any target it hits.

Charges. The glaive has 10 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it (Spell Save DC 15): Charm Person (1st-level, 1 charge per level up to 5th.), Suggestion (2 charges), Command (3rd-level, 3 charges), Mass Suggestion (6 charges).

The glaive regains 1d6 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the glaive rusts, retaining its +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls but losing all other properties.

Beguiled Collection. Whenever you hit a charmed creature with the Debt Collector, you deal an additional 6d6 necrotic damage on hit and the charm instantly fades. If a creature is reduced to 0 hit points from this damage, you regain a number of hit points equal to 2 times your proficiency score.
