Swarm. The swarm can occupy another creature’s space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny maggot. The swarm can’t regain hit points or gain temporary hit points.

Under the Skin. Corpse worms can infest other creatures. For every corpse worm infesting it, a creature takes 2 (1d4) piercing damage at the start of each of its turns. As an action, the host or an adjacent creature can attempt a DC 10 Wisdom (Medicine) check, removing a single worm on success. A worm can also be removed by dealing 1 fire damage to the host, but only before the end of the host's first turn after infestation. Effects that can cure disease eliminate all infesting worms.
