Barbarian - Path of the Invulnerable

Not all barbarians are scantily clad berserkers, some know the value of proper armor, and are able to use it to its fullest in order to become completely unstoppable.

Barbarian Level Feature
3rd Armored, Protected Rage
6th Disregard Damage
10th Unbroken
14th Third Wind

Armored

When you select this path at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in Heavy Armor, and you still benefit from all the functions of your Rage while wearing Heavy Armor.

At 5th level when you gain Fast Movement, it is also unimpeded by wearing Heavy Armor.

Protected Rage

Also at 3rd level, your rage safeguards you even more. When you enter a Rage, you gain temporary hit points equal to half your Constitution score.

Disregard Damage

Starting at 6th level, you can completely negate the damage of 1 attack made against you as a reaction. You do this after knowing that the attack hits but before knowing how much damage you would take.

You can do this once and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest.

Unbroken

At 10th level, You are nearly impossible to damage. You add half your Proficiency Bonus to your Armor Class, and to all Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution saving throws.

Once you take any damage, this feature fails to function until you finish a long rest

Third Wind

At 14th level, you are extraordinarily difficult to kill. When you are reduced to 0 hit points while Raging, you can expend an additional use of Rage in order to Drop to 1/2 of your maximum hit points instead.

Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you roll initiative.
