Pact Boon: Pact of the Token
You gain a small keepsake from your patron. This can take the form of a coin with a carving of your patron’s symbol, a sheet of wood covered in strange markings, and even a peculiar die with 20 sides on it.
Whenever you fail an attack roll or ability check while the token is on you, you can reroll and take the new roll. You can do this an amount of times equal to half your Charisma modifier (rounded up) per long rest.
Additionally, your token acts as a transmitter of knowledge from your patron. After a long rest you can gain proficiency in a skill, set of artisan’s tools, instrument, or gaming set of your choice in which you don't have proficiency in. You can change your chosen proficiency after a long rest.
If you lose the token, you can perform a 1-hour ceremony to receive a replacement from your patron. This ceremony can be performed during a short or long rest, and it destroys the previous token. The token turns to ash when you die.
Your Pact Boon
Your token may take the form of a personal trinket or item that you can carry around, or even something that is part of your body, that acts as a beacon to you and your patron. The following are suggestions for your token's appearance, taking inspiration from your patron:
The Archfey. Your token may be a a vibrantly colored rose, a gilded locket shimmering brightly, or a vial given to you by your hag patron.
The Fiend. Your token could take shape of a silver coin with your patron's symbol on it, a brand burned into the palm of your hand, or a 20 sided die made of blackened twisted metal.
The Great Old One. Your token could take the form of a bracelet covered in eldritch writing, a ring made of slimy tentacles, or a yellow eye on your body constantly staring.
