# Swain, the Noxian Grand General Jericho Swain is the visionary ruler of Noxus, an expansionist nation that reveres only strength. The creature must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 7 (2d6) necrotic damage and be pulled 5 feet towards Swain. Swain regains hit points equal to the necrotic damage dealt. > > ### Actions > > ***Death's Hand.*** *Melee Spell Attack:* +7 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. *Hit* 22 (4d8 + 4) necrotic damage, and if the target is a creature, it has disadvantage on Constitution saving throws until the end of Swain's next turn. > > ***Nevermove.*** Demonic claws forming a line 30 feet long and 5 feet wide launch from Swain in a direction of his choice. Each creature in the line must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 9 (2d8) force damage and is restrained on a failed save, or takes half as much damage and isn't restrained on a successful one. A restrained creature can make a DC 15 Strength check at the end of each of its turns, freeing itself on a successful save. > > ***Vision of Empire.*** Swain creates a 5-foot-diameter demon eye centered at a point he can see within 90 feet of him. Each creature within 5 feet of the sphere that can see the eye must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 10 (3d6) cold damage, its speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of Swain's next turn, and it becomes visible if it's invisible. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and doesn't suffer any other effects. > > ***Demonic Ascension (1/Day).*** Swain assumes a demonic form for 1 minute. While in this form, Swain gains the following benefits: > - • His hit point maximum and current hit points increase by 20. > - • He gains a bonus to AC equal to his Charisma modifier. > - • Any hostile creature that starts its turn within 30 feet of Swain and isn't behind total cover must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. A target takes 13 (3d8) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
