Umbral Training

3rd level feature

You gain darkvision out to 60 feet. If you already have darkvision, its range increases by 30 feet.

You are also adept at evading creatures that rely on darkvision. While in darkness, you are invisible to any creature that relies on darkvision to see you in that darkness.

Additionally, you may add your Focus Die to any Dexterity (Stealth) checks you make.

As an action, you can instantly snuff out any or all nonmagical candles, torches, or small campfires you can see within 30 feet of you.

Dread Ambusher

3rd level feature

At the start of a combat in which you are not acting in the surprise round, you can decide to act in the surprise round. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and regain all spent uses when you finish a long rest.

One With the Darkness

7th level feature

You have advantage on all Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma ability checks made while in darkness.

Additionally, you no longer need to sleep, and don't receive exhaustion from lack of sleep. Instead, you gain the benefits of a long rest if you perform only light activity for 8 hours.

Hidden Strikes

11th level feature

Your Eye for Weakness feature gains the following condition:

  • You are unseen by the target.

In addition, you gain a second reaction per round.

Shadowy Dodge

15th level feature

When a creature attacks you or you make a Dexterity saving throw, you can use your reaction before the roll to take the Dodge action.
