Morphling

The most direct ancestor of Changelings, a people who can change their form with a thought. In this universe where the physical being is in such a state of flux and adaptation, the least stressing of people you could meet would be ones that can change their forms at will.

A morphling's heritage is varied across their origin, one could consider a fiend-touched race like a tiefling with morphling lineage to be of succubus or incubus ancestry, or the power over-all is an off-shoot of android like abilities to which small nanites are capable of reshaping your form.

Because you are a morphling, you gain the following traits:

Shapechanger. As an action, you can change your appearance and your voice. You determine the specifics of the changes, including your coloration, hair length, and sex. You can also adjust your height and weight, including in such a way that can make you one size smaller or larger. You can make yourself appear as a member of another race, though none of your game statistics change. You can't duplicate the appearance of a creature you've never seen, and you must adopt a form that has the same basic arrangement of limbs you have. Your clothing and equipment aren't changed by this trait.

You stay in the new form until you use an action to revert to your true form or until you die.

Morphling Instincts. You gain proficiency with two of the following skills of your choice: Deception, Insight, Intimidation, and Persuasion.
