Additional Warlock Options

Deceptive Recollection

Prerequisite: 9th level


You can cast modify memory once using a warlock spell slot. You can’t do so again until you finish a long rest.

Eldritch Psionics

Prerequisite: 5th level


When you use your action to cast a spell using a warlock spell slot, you can choose to use a bonus action to cast the spell psionically. When cast in this way, the spell requires no verbal or somatic components, and it requires no material components, unless they are consumed by the spell.

Mind of Madness

Prerequisite: 9th level


You are immune to the effects of madness, and you have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.

When you succeed on a saving throw against being charmed or frightened, you can use your reaction to attempt to infect the creature that attempted to charm or frighten you with madness. The creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your warlock spell save DC or be affected by a random madness from the Short Term Madness table (DMG 259) for 1 minute or until it takes any damage.

Once you use this feature, you can't do so again until you finish a short or long rest.

Tongue of the Elder Gods

Prerequisite: 12th level


You can cast Tongues on yourself at will, requiring no spell slots or components.

Touch the Mind

Prerequisite: 9th level


You can cast detect thoughts at will, requiring no spell slots or components. If a creature succeeds on its saving throw against this invocation, the creature automatically succeeds on all future saving throws against this invocation until you finish a long rest.

Seeds of Inception

Prerequisite: 15th level


You can cast suggestion at will, without expending a spell slot or material components. You must finish a long rest before you can use this invocation on the same creature again.

Demand of the Chain Master

Prerequisite: 9th level, Pact of the Chain feature


You can cast geas once using a warlock spell slot. You can’t do so again until you finish a long rest.

Reflexive Ward

Prerequisite: Pact of the Blade feature


You can cast the shield spell, requiring no spell slot or components, a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Sight of the Talisman

Prerequisite: Pact of the Talisman feature


While someone else is wearing your talisman, you can communicate telepathically with then and perceive through their senses (no action required), provided the two of you are on the same plane of existence. The wearer of your talisman can do the same thing, communicating telepathically to you and perceiving through your senses. While perceiving through another creature’s senses, you benefit from any special senses possessed by that creature, and you are blinded and deafened to your own surroundings.

Mage Hand Invocations

Choking Grasp

Prerequisite: 5th level, mage hand cantrip


When you cast the mage hand cantrip, you can control the hand as part of the action you used to cast the spell.

When you control the hand, you can attempt to grasp the neck a creature to limit its ability to breath. Choose a Large or smaller creature within 5 feet of the hand. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC or be grappled by the hand. As an action, the creature can escape the grapple by succeeding on a Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check against your spell save DC. The grapple also ends if you halt it (no action required), if the creature is ever more than 5 feet away from the hand, or if you control the hand.

While grappled in this way, the target must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC at the start of each of it's turns. On a failed save, the creature can only speak falteringly until the start of your next turn, becoming unable to cast any spell that requires a verbal component.

Exalted Hand

Prerequisite: 9th level, mage hand cantrip


You can cast Bigby's Hand once using a warlock spell slot. You can’t do so again until you finish a long rest.

Telekinetic Hand

Prerequisite: mage hand cantrip


You can cast mage hand without verbal or somatic components, you can make the spectral hand invisible, and you can control the hand as part of the action you used to cast the spell.

Additionally, when you control the hand you can attempt to shove a creature of your choice within 5 feet of it. If you do so, the creature must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be either knocked prone or moved up to number of feet equal to five times your proficiency bonus. The hand moves with the target to remain within 5 feet of it. A creature can willingly fail the save.
