New Cleric Archetype
Remix of the cleric's Darkenss Domain shared by Mike Mearls on Twitter, for 5th Edition Dungeons & Dragons.
Darkness Domain
"Where I go, darkness follows."
The Life domain focuses on the vibrant positive energy, one of the fundamental forces of the universe, that sustains all life. The gods of life promote vitality and health through healing the sick and wounded, caring for those in need, and driving away the forces of death and undeath. Almost any non-evil deity can claim influence over this domain, particularly agricultural deities (such as Chauntea, Arawai, and Demeter), sun gods (such as Lathander, Pelor, and Re-Horakhty), gods of healing or endurance (such as Ilmater, Mishakal, Apollo, and Diancecht), and gods of home and community (such as Hestia, Hathor, and Boldrei).

As an action you can touch one willing creature, reducing your supernatural vision to 30 feet and granting that creature 30 feet of your supernatural darkvision. This effect last for 1 hour or until you use this ability again.
Shield of Ineffable Darkness
Starting at 1st level, you can invoke the power of darkness to punish anyone fool enough to harm you. Whenever you receive damage from a creature that you can see, you can use your reaction to make that creature blind until the end of your next turn.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you complete a short or long rest.
Channel Divinity: Shadow Mantle
Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to fade into the darkness.
As a bonus action, you can draw shadows around you to create a mantle that blends you with the surrounding shadows. This effect last for 1 minute and the benefits only apply while in an area of dim light or darkness.
While under the effect of this shadow mantle, you gain advantage on all Dexterity (Stealth) checks and if a creature cannot see you, your spell attacks, weapon attacks and unarmed attacks deal maximum damage to them. Any additional damage that does not originate from the attack itself (like sneak attack) is not maximized.
Hungry Darkness
Starting at 6th level, your Shield of Ineffable Darkness becomes more powerful. When you use it, you can select up to two additional hostile creatures you can see within 30 feet of you. They are also blinded until the end of your next turn.
Shadow Strike
At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your attacks with divine energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with an weapon or unarmed attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d6 cold or necrotic damage (your choice) to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d6.
In addition, once on each of your turns, if you make an attack roll against a target that is in dim light or darkness, you can make the attack roll with advantage.
Soul of Darkness
Starting at 17th level, you can expend a use of your Channel Divinity to partially transform into a creature of darkness. While in this form, you have resistance to all damage except radiant, psychic and force damage, and you can move through other creatures as if they were difficult terrain. If you end your movement on the same space as another creature, you are pushed back to a the closet empty space adjacent to that creature and you take damage equal to the distance you were pushed.
In addition, while in this form, you can use a bonus action to teleport up to 30 feet from an area of dim light or darkness to an unoccupied space you can see that is also in dim light or darkness.
You stay in this form for 1 minute or until you fall unconscious or you enter an area affected by a daylight spell.
