Legendary Resistance (1/day). If the legiana fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Enraged. When the Legiana is reduced to below half it's hit point maximum (137), it becomes enraged. When the legiana first becomes enraged, it regains the use of its Chillwind Gale and Blizzard Sweep.

Rimed Hide. When a creature hits the legiana with a melee attack, it takes 7 (2d6) cold damage. If the legiana is enraged, the creature takes 14 (4d6) cold damage instead.

Actions

Multiattack. The Legiana makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its talons.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d12 + 5) piercing damage, plus 7 (2d6) cold damage if the legiana is enraged.

Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) slashing damage, plus 7 (2d6) cold damage if the legiana is enraged.


Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Chillwind Gale (Recharge 5-6). The legiana unleashes a blast of freezing wind in a 60-foot cone. Creatures in the cone must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 42 (12d6) cold damage and suffers from ice-blight for 1 minute on a failed save, or half as much damage and resists the ice-blight on a success. While suffering from ice-blight, a creature is vulnerable to cold damage, it's speed is halved, and it has disadvantage on Dexterity checks and saving throws. A creature can remove the ice-blight by warming themselves up as an action on their turn.

Legendary Actions

The legiana can take 3 legendary actions (5 while enraged), choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The legiana regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Blizzard Sweep (Costs 2 Actions). Creatures within 15 feet of the legiana must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or take 21 (6d6) cold damage and be pushed 20 feet directly away from the legiana. On a success, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't pushed.

Tail Attack. The legiana makes a tail attack.

Winter's Winds (Costs 3 Actions). The legiana can move up to half its flying speed and use its Chillwind Gale ability, if able.
