Path of the Daywalker v.1

Nightbane

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, whenever you go into a rage near a shape changer, undead, or fiend you gain 1d12 temporary hit points for each within 30ft of you. While raging, as a Bonus action you can use a hand crossbow to make an Attack. This attack does not benefit from any additional damage modifiers.

Additionally you gain advantage on intelligence (arcana and history) checks to recall information about them.

Experienced Slayer

At 6th level, you become an expert on the anatomy of your sworn foes. You gain +1 to Hit against shape changers, undead, or fiends.

Additionally, you may re-roll one damage dice and choose the higher roll when facing shape changers, undead or fiends.

Further, being outnumbered in countless battles with hordes of undead you learn the Sweeping Arc attack.

Sweeping Arc

Instead of performing an Extra Attack, you may choose to use Sweeping Arc. You swing your blade in a 360 degree arc and make a separate attack roll for each enemy creature within 5ft. On a successful hit, damage is halved.

What shadows fear

Beginning at 10th level, as long as you are within 30ft of an enemy shape changer, undead, or fiend your rage cannot end early unless knocked unconscious.

Additionally, you gain the following two features.

  • Daybreak: As a bonus action, you can cast the Daylight spell. After using this feature you must finish a short or long rest to use it again.
  • Flashing Steel: Your attacks are imbued with sunlight dealing an additional 1d4 radiant damage.
