"The last one of us you sent down there ended up in Hades. Are you sure it's re...wha, whoa!" With a shrug Visir #2 is pushed into the bag. "Well?" Visir asks peering down the sack; "Are you in Hades?" Visir #2 responds while rubbing the back of his head. "Yes, I think I have been in Hades all along."

#### Visir’s Haversack of Repository *Wondrous item, rare* ___ This Haversack looks like an ordinary backpack and always weighed 5 lbs regardless of its contents. You place the haversack on the floor opening its large top compartment and step in. Your feet will find stairs. A small 10ft room with many shelves and compartments fill every wall with the small ladder in the center. You can store up to 200lbs of items here.
As with many other magic storage objects such as bags of holding or portable holes, placing a Visir’s Haversack of Repository inside the extra-dimensional space created by one of such items destroyed both and opened a temporary portal into the Astral Plane that pulled through it any creature within 10 ft of it.

Visir’s Ring of Talking Portal *Wondrous item, rare* ___ A silver ring with a clear rectangular diamond. To activate the ring, you create a circle in the air in front of you with the finger that is wearing the ring. A portal appears in front of you. You can call the name of a creature who you have spoken with before and a portal will appear in front of them. The image is blurred and no sound can be heard from the creature until a response is received in return. The creature can see and hear from you during this period. After 15 seconds, if there is no response the spell ends. If the creature does respond, for the duration of 1 minute you can see and speak with the creature.
#### Visir's Returning Ring *Ring, very rare (requires attunement)* ___ A gold ring with an emerald affixed. It's made of fine craftsmanship and can be valuable to sell. However, after 48 hours (assuming the ring is intact), it will magically teleport to it's bonded owner, disappearing from wherever it was. Mostly an item for rogues or other characters who might need a quick way to acquire some... additional resource .
#### Visir's Potion of Spell Restoring *Potion, rarity varies* ___ This shimmering blue liquid is created using the essence of magic. When you drink this potion, you gain a number a points you can use to regain spell slots you already used. The number of points depends on the potion's rarity, as shown in the spell restoring potions table. ##### Spell Restoring Potions | Potion | Rarity | Points | |:----|:----|:----| | Spell Restoring | Uncommon | 1d4+1 | | Greater Spell Restoring | Rare | 2d4 + 2 | | Superior Spell Restoring | Very Rare | 3d4 + 4 | ___ In the following table you can see how many points you need to spend for recovering a spell slot. When you use the potion, you must distribute the points immediately. You can recover any number of used spell slots if you have enough points to do so, and every point left is lost. "I am sure it will protect me from the blast this time." Visir exclaims. "Tell that to your eybrows!" His simulacrum shouts back pointing at Visir's singed and barren brow.

### Visir’s Duplify *5th-level illusion* ___ - **Casting Time:** 1 action - **Range:** Self - **Components:** V, S, M (a strand of the casters hair and a dab of the casters saliva) - **Duration:** Concentration, Up to 1 minute. - **Classes:** Sorcerer, Wizard, Warlock ___ As an action, you create a perfect illusion of yourself that lasts for 1 minute, or until you lose your concentration (as if you were concentrating on a spell). The duplicate appears in an unoccupied space that you can see within 30 feet of you. As a bonus action on your turn, you can move the illusion up to 30 feet to a space you can see, but it must remain within 120 feet of you. Each time a creature targets you with an attack during the spell’s duration, roll a d20 to determine whether the attack instead targets your duplicate. You must roll a 11 or higher to change the attack’s target to the duplicate. The duplicate’s AC equals 10 + your Dexterity modifier. If an attack hits the duplicate, the duplicate is destroyed. A duplicate can be destroyed only by an attack that hits it. It ignores all other damage and effects. The spell ends when all three duplicates are destroyed. For the duration, you can cast spells as though you were in the illusion's space, but you must use your own senses. A creature is unaffected by this spell if it can’t see, if it relies on senses other than sight, such as blindsight, or if it can perceive illusions as false, as with truesight.
### Visir’s Misty Swap *3rd-level conjuration* ___ - **Classes:** Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard - **Casting Time:** 1 action - **Range:** 60 ft. - **Components:** V, S - **Duration:** Instantaneous ___ You instantly swap positions between your current position and that of a designated ally in range. Alternatively, you can swap the positions of any two allies in range. This power effects creatures of large or smaller size. You can bring along objects, but not other creatures. Unwillingness of the creatures negates the spell. The movement is instantaneous and does not provoke attacks of opportunities.

\pagebreakNum ### Visir’s Arcane Scout *4th-level divination* ___ - **Classes:** Druid, Wizard - **Casting Time:** 1 action (Ritual 10 minutes) - **Range:** 60 ft. - **Components:** V, S, M (dust from the ground and a ruby worth at least 250 gp) - **Duration:** Concentration, up to 6 hours ___ You place a tracking curse on one unaware or willing creature within range. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. If they fail, they are cursed by you. You know exactly how far away and in what direction the cursed creature is from you.
### Visir’s Chain of Affliction *5th-level necromancy* ___ - **Classes:** Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard - **Casting Time:** 1 action - **Range:** 60 ft. - **Components:** V, S, M (a length of chain and a drop of the casters blood) - **Duration:** Concentration, up to 1 minute ___ A ethereal chain lashes out and leashes itself on a creature you can see within range. Binding both of your souls. Choose one creature within range. The target must succeed a wisdom saving throw or is bound for the duration. Once bound, all damage you take is also taken by the target. The chains break if the target moves beyond range.
### Visir’s Scourgify *transmutation cantrip* ___ - **Classes:** Bard, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard - **Casting Time:** 1 action - **Range:** 30 ft. cube - **Components:** V, S - **Duration:** Instantaneous ___ With one flick of your wrist you begin to tidy up an area up to 30 ft that you can see. Whether it be the scene of a crime or a mess left behind by some goblins who ransacked a small cabin. All the items in the affected area begin to place themselves where they belong. In a tall tower atop the Trollskull Tavern in Waterdeep is a Aasimar Wizard who has been tirelessly working for several weeks on a great many items and spells to bring along on his next adventure. Visir and well... Visir #2, have been hard at work creating some arcane flair that I am sure any wizard would find as a useful utility.
