Ability Score Increase: Your Charisma increases by 1.

Minor Psionics: When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Detect Thoughts spell once. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the Levitate spell once. You don't need components for either spell. You regain the ability to cast these spells with this trait when you use an action to devour the brain of a humanoid that has died within the last minute. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for these spells.

Telepathy: You can speak telepathically to any creature you can see within 60 feet of you. You don’t need to share a language with the creature for it to understand your telepathic messages, but the creature must be able to understand at least one language or be telepathic itself.
