The Pixie
Born of the Fey
Pixies are normally only found on the plane of the Feywild, showing up in the Material Plane in places where the two planes might intersect, such as in forests or near fairy circles. It is not uncommon for these temporally unstable openings between the planes to leave creatures stranded on one side or another when they disappear, and free roaming pixies have been recorded over the centuries, either searching for a way home or enjoying their new life in a new exciting world. As a natural born fey, Pixies are often viewed as fickle, troublesome, and childish. There is a lot of truth to this reputation.
Wild Tempermant
The trickster nature that Pixies have earned for themselves is not in any way unwarranted. Given their near infinite lifespans, chaotic nature, and innate magic, Pixies enjoy playing pranks on other creatures and upturning their days. Pixies find difficulty creating real relationships with other creatures that don't share their natural proclivities, but if they do manage to form a real bond with another being(sometimes with particularly interesting plants) they are steadfast companions that will fight tooth and nail to protect their own.
Small Bodies, Big Dreams
For most Pixies living a life in the ever shifting boughs of the Feywild is all they could ever dream of or want. Sometimes however, one of the smallfolk will become afflicted with obsession that could rival the covetous nature of dragons. Pixies that find themselves captured by this obsession will often spend entire centuries in a singular pursuit, whether it by adventuring or dentistry, to the exclusion of all else.
Pixie Traits
Ability Score Increases: Your dexterity, intelligence, and charisma scores increase by 1.
Age: Pixies are as long lived as Eladrin and so are effectively immortal unless they are slain. However, throughout their long lives they retain something of the nature of children.
Alignment: Pixies are chaotic, often valuing change of any sort above all else. They are generally good, although there are wild communities in far off forests who would gladly hunt and torture any who venture into their domain.
Size: Pixies have an average height of around 6"-1' and weigh 1-4 lbs. Your size is Tiny.
Speed: You have a walking speed of 20 feet. However, you may also use your wings and magic to fly above the ground at a speed of 30 feet. You must end your turn at most 5 feet above a solid surface that could support your weight. You cannot use this fly speed if you are over-encumbered.
Fey Ancestry: You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep.
Wee Warrior: You have a reach of 5 feet, rather than the reach of 0 that is typical for a Tiny creature. You also have disadvantage on Strength checks to break or force open objects and to escape grapples. When wielding a weapon of your size, you follow the same rules that Small creatures do.
Beneath Sight: You have advantage on stealth checks as long as you are not flying.
Pixie Magic: You know the shrink item cantrip(detailed at the end of this document). When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Sleep and Speak with Animals once per day. When you reach 5th level, you can also cast the invisibility spell once per day. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells and you do not require material components.
Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common, Elvish, and Sylvan.
Shrink Item
Transmutation cantrip

You touch an unattended, unfixed object as part of casting this spell. For as long as the item is in your possession, and for an hour after it leaves your possession, the item shrinks to a size that would be easily usable for a tiny creature. The items retains it's game statistics such as damage dice and hardness while its weight is halved. A shrunken weapon becomes an improvised one-handed weapon for a non-tiny creature.
