Warlord's Presence
1st level warlord feature (replaces Second Wind)
Your very presence inspires your allies to keep going even beyond their normal limits. While you are conscious, friendly creatures within 30 feet of you that are making death saving throws regain 1 hit point on a roll of 18-20.
Additionally, whenever you reduce a creature to 0 hit points, you and friendly creatures within 30 feet of you that can see you gain temporary hit points equal to the deceased creature's CR.
Combat Tactics
2nd level warlord feature (replaces Action Surge)
The battles you fight are nothing short of masterpieces. When you reach 2nd level in this class, you choose one of the following features that best describes your tactical approach to battle.
Bait and Switch. When a creature targets you with an opportunity attack, as a reaction you can expose its defenses. Until the start of your next turn, creatures other than you make their attacks against it with advantage.
Blitzkrieg. On the first turn of combat, you and creatures within 30 feet of you can make a weapon attack or take the Dash action as a bonus action.
Divide and Conquer. When you hit a creature, you can choose to make it hard for it to ignore you. You and the creature then have disadvantage on attacks against
other creatures until you use this feature again,
or for the next minute.
Focus Fire. While a creature is grappled by you, attacks against it have advantage as you do your best to deter its defenses, and it has disadvantage on its attempts to escape.
Hold your Ground. When a creature provokes an opportunity attack from you, you can attempt to grapple it instead.
Commander's Attack
5th level warlord feature (enhances Extra Attack)
When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can forgo your second attack to direct a friendly creature within 60 feet of you to strike. On the target's next turn, it can make a weapon attack without using its action. This attack deals additional damage equal to your proficiency bonus.
The number of attacks you can make does not increase at 11th and 20th level, instead, the number of creatures you can command in this way increases to 2 and 3 respectively.
Incite Tenacity
9th level warlord feature (enhances Indomitable)
As a reaction to seeing a creature within 60 feet of you failing a saving throw, you can expend a use of your Indomitable feature and allow it to reroll the saving throw as if it used the feature instead.
Relentless

Not even serious damage can stop you and your legions.
When you would drop to 0 hit points, you can instead choose to drop to 1 hit point. Each time you use this feature beyond the first before you finish a short or long rest, you gain a
level of exhaustion.
