## Primal Path At 3rd level, a Barbarian gains the Primal Path feature. The following option is available to a Barbarian, in addition to those offered in the Player's Handbook. ### Path of the Giant It's always hard to pinpoint the exact source of power that dwell within the barbarian who walks the Path of a Giant. Why? Because it can come from a variety of sources. It can come from a soul of a giant that sleeps deep within them; it can manifest due to their ancestry that can be tracked all the way to Lost Ostoria... In the end though, the source is not as important as the power itself. Barbarian who walks the Path of the Giant is an absolute force that can dominate its enemies with the sheer strength and size. While raging, they can easily take down even mightiest of foes... or trample those not willing to move aside. ##### Path of the Giant features | Barbarian level | Feature | | ------------- |:-------------:| |

#### Rage of Fallen Ostoria When you choose this path at 3rd level, you can reveal the power of your giant ancestors when you rage. If you do so, you gain the following benefits for the duration of the rage: - If you are smaller than Large, you become Large. If you lack the space to become Large, you reach the maximum size possible in the space available. - When you hit the first weapon attack on your turn while raging, you can roll one of the weapon’s damage dice one additional time and add it to the damage roll. #### Soul of Lost Ostoria You recall some of the ancient knowledge hidden within your ancestry. At 6th level, you gain proficiency with one type of artisan's tools corresponding to the giant of your choice:
**Cloud Giant.** You gain proficiency with herbalism kit or a gaming set of your choice.
**Fire Giant.** You gain proficiency with smith's tools. If you already have this tool proficiency, you gain proficiency with one other type of artisan's tools of your choice.
**Frost Giant.** You gain proficiency with jeweler's tools, leatherworker's tools or woodcarver's tools.
**Stone Giant.** You gain proficiency with mason's tools, potter's tools or painter's supplies.
**Storm Giant.** You gain proficiency with navigator's tools, cartographer's tools or vehicles (water).
In addition, the magic within you causes physical traits of a giant to emerge. You count as a Large creature when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift. At your option, you can also gain the following traits that represent your heritage: - You gain minor physical attributes of the giant of your choice. For example, if you choose a frost giant, your skin may take on a blue hue, and if you choose a storm giant, your hair may start to turn white. - Roll your size modifier. Your height and weight changes according to the formula below:
- Size modifier: 8d4 - Height: Your size modifier in inches (up to 8'4 feet) - Weight: 4 x your size modifier #### Remnant of Shattered Ordning At 10th level, when you hit a creature, structure or an object with a weapon attack while raging, you can channel your overwhelming strength into one, devastating blow. This attack deals double damage to objects and structures, and it counts as a critical hit regardless of the roll.
Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest before you can use it again. #### Blessing of the All Father Starting at 14th level, you can roll one of the weapon's damage dice twice instead of once whenever you use Rage of Fallen Ostoria. Moreover, when you use that feature, your size can increase to Huge, and while you are that size, your reach and walking speed increases by 5 feet. \columnbreak
