Stop Hitting Yourself!

You command a creature you can see within range to stop hitting itself, as you compel it to hit itself. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 1d8 psychic damage as it whacks itself with an appendage or the blunt end of a weapon. This causes minimal physical harm, but is terribly embarrassing.

Creatures without appendages that fail the saving throw also take damage, as they feel inadequate for lacking the appropriate limbs.

At Higher Levels. The spell’s damage increases by one die when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).
