### Forager Helmet, Pith Helmet
##### Armor, common
*The most popular models of adventuring headwear in the jungle, these helmets provide heroes with unique protections and uses.*
___
**Forager helmets** are cloth-leaf caps with short, peaked brims, perfect for gardening. Typically camouflage, they can be styled in colors and patterns when worn to festivals or by city patrol. When “dressed,” the fine ivy tendrils of the cloth-leaf knit together, tight as mithral.
The next time a creature takes a critical hit from a ranged attack while wearing a dressed forager helmet, the armor does its job perfectly. The helmet shatters, taking the brunt of the blow, and the creature takes minimum damage.
A bit more stylish, **pith helmets** are better suited to exploration than adventure. Also known as sun caps, pith helmets are fashioned from dry, spongy, cork-like plant matter that *anura*
press into paper, artistic molds, and these caps.
Helmets are fitted with sun stone fragments, which
absorb solar energy whenever exposed to daylight. The stone can release the energy as a 30 foot radius of dim light for half as long as the charging period, with a maximum charge of two hours.
