#### Mask of Shadow *Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement)*
A dark purple mask that can be donned and doffed as an action. While wearing this mask, you have advantage on Charisma (Intimidation) checks against humanoids, and you can communicate telepathically with any creature you can see within 30 feet of you. You don't need to share a language with the creature for it to understand your telepathic utterances, but the creature must be able to understand at least one language. When you're wearing this mask in dim light or darkness, you can use a bonus action to become invisible, along with anything you are wearing or carrying. The invisibility lasts until you use a bonus action to end it or until you attack, cast a spell, is in bright light, or is incapacitated. While invisible this way, you hover 1 foot above the ground and can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. You take 5 (1d10) force damage if you end your turn inside an object. If you reduce a creature to 0 hit points immediately after breaking this invisibility, you can take this bonus action again without spending a use of this ability. Once you've used this ability five times, you can't use it again until you've finished a long rest. Imprinted on this mask is a fragment of a fiendish persona. A character who attunes to the mask gains the following flaw: "You are prone to cause trouble for others when no-one's watching you." A skeletal mask that can be donned and doffed as an action. While wearing this mask, you have advantage on Charisma (Intimidation) checks against humanoids, and when in total darkness, your eyes glow red and you can see normally out to 10 feet. While wearing this mask, you can use an action to let out a bloodcurdling scream. Each hostile creature within 30 feet of you that can hear you must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of you for 1 minute. The frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to this ability for the next 24 hours. If you reduce a frightened creature to 0 hit points, you can use a bonus action to attempt to intimidate one creature that can see you within 30 feet of you. If you succeed, it's frightened of you until the end of your next turn. Once you've used this ability twice, you can't use it again until you've finished a long rest. Whenever you kill a creature, you make sure that it's in a gruesome way." A mask of leathery blue skin that can be pulled tight over your head or removed as an action. While wearing this mask, you have advantage on Charisma (Deception) and (Intimidation) checks against non-fiends. While wearing this mask, you can use an action to gaze menacingly at one creature that you can see within 30 feet of you. The target must make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target deals only half damage with weapon attacks for 1 minute, and you can immediately make a weapon attack as a bonus action against it. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If you reduce a creature affected by this ability to 0 hit points, you can use a bonus action to attempt to intimidate one creature that can see you within 30 feet of you. If you succeed, it suffers this ability's effects until the end of its next turn. Once you've used this ability three times, you can't use it again until you've finished a long rest. Imprinted on this mask is a fragment of a fiendish persona. A character who attunes to the mask gains the following flaw: "You have no compassion for the weak. You ignore pleas of mercy." This almost humanoid mask has a wicked grin, and can be donned and doffed as an action. While wearing this mask, you have advantage on Charisma (Intimidation) checks against humanoids, and you can bite as an unarmed strike, dealing 1d6 + your Strength modifier piercing damage on a hit. While wearing this mask, when you roll initiative and you're not surprised, you can move up to your speed as a reaction. Additionally, you can take a bonus action on each of your turns to move up to half your speed and make a bite attack. If you hit, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum of 1). Imprinted on this mask is a fragment of a fiendish persona. A character who attunes to the mask gains the following flaw: "A hunger has awakened in you. The moment combat fades away, your urge to kill starts rising again."
