Biology and Appearance
Phindians are reptilian humanoids with thick green or brown skin originating from the planet Phindar. They possessed elongated skulls and were well-known for their long arms that often reached past their knees, giving them exceptional reach. Their fingers were likewise proportionally long.
Society and Culture
For much of its history, Phindar was ruled by a criminal organization called the Syndicat. The Synicat enforced its rule by wiping the minds of dissenters and dumping them on other planets, a process known as "renewal".
While most Phindians were affectionate towards their family and loved ones, outsiders were often put off by their tendency to use exaggeration and sarcasm, and to talk for sheer enjoyment while avoiding the main point of the conversation. They were also hesitant to risk their own lives, even for something they saw as a good cause.

Phindian names are derived from the Phindian language and tend to be no longer than two or three syllables. Their surnames were familial.

Phindian Traits
As a Phindian, you have the following special traits.
Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 2, and your Strength or Intelligence score increases by 1.
Age. Phindians reach adulthood in their late teens and rarely live as long as a century.
Alignment. Phindians tend towards no particular alignment. The best and worst are found among them.
Size. Phindians typically stand just over 5 feet tall, although many adopt a hunched posture that makes them appear shorter.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision. Your vision can easily cut through darkness. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Long-Limbed. When you make a melee attack on your turn, your reach for it is 5 feet greater than normal.
Dextrous Digits. You gain proficiency in Athletics or Sleight of Hand.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Galactic Basic, and Phindian. Phindian was formed of soft sibilants and long vowel sounds.
