Whenever you hit a creature, as part of the attack action you may:

- For 1 charge, reduce that creature's movement speed by half until the beginning of your next turn.
- For 3 charges, reduce that creature's movement speed to 0 until the beginning of your next turn.
- For 5 charges, you may create a 15 foot radius of ice around the creature, this counts a difficult terrain to creatures other than yourself. This lasts for one minute, or until you dismiss it as a free action. Also, you reduce the attacked creature's movement speed to 0 until the beginning of your next turn.
