A cloak from the deserts, the sigil shows it came from a place once called Shurima.

When you use the cloak's command word as a bonus action, any creature that begins it's turn within 5 ft of you takes 1d6 fire damage as flames emanate around you. This lasts for one minute or until you use it's command word as a free action to cool it down.

You may do this twice and regain uses at dawn.
