Limited Magic Immunity. Unless she wishes to be affected, Brainstealer Tiamat is immune to spells of 6th level or lower. She has advantage on saving throws against all other spells and magical effects.
Magic Weapons. Brainstealer Tiamat’s weapon attacks are magical.
Multiple Heads. Brainstealer Tiamat can take one reaction per turn, rather than only one per round. She also has advantage on saving throws against being knocked unconscious. If she fails a saving throw against an effect that would stun a creature, one of her unspent legendary actions is spent.
Regeneration. If Brainstealer Tiamat has at least 1 hit point, she regains 30 hit points at the start of her turn.
Actions
Multiattack. Brainstealer Tiamat makes four attacks: two with her claws and two with her tentacles.
Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit: 33 (5d8 + 10) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a Huge or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 20) and takes 19 (2d8 + 9) psychic damage at the start of each of its turns until the grapple ends. Brainstealer Tiamat can have up to four targets grappled at a time.
Extract Brain. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 30ft., one incapacitated humanoid grappled by the brainstealer Tiamat. Hit 88 (16d10) piercing damage. If this damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, the brainstealer Tiamat kills the target by extracting and devouring its brain.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 24 (4d6 + 10) slashing damage.
Legendary Actions
Brainstealer Tiamat can take 5 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Brainstealer Tiamat regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
Tentacle. Brainstealer Tiamat makes a tentacle attack.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 32 (4d10 + 10) slashing damage plus 14 (4d6) psychic damage
Psychic Pulse. (Costs 2 Actions) Brainstealer Tiamat sends a psychic pulse in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 27 Intelligence saving throw, taking 77 (22d6) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
