Cartoon Domain
Clerics who follow the cartoon domain worship the culmination of art, color, comedy, and drama, and choose to focus on following gods of the arts such as Deneir, or for those who worship more sinister gods, Hlal is often worshiped by chaotic neutral clerics due to their perception of her as an uncaring comedian that's only in it for the laughs.
Other Clerics that follow the cartoon domain might also choose to worship a popular fictional character, loving that character and the fandom around it religiously and using the worship of the character as a conduit for their religious spells.

Action As Dialogue
Starting at 1st level, you become proficient in one of the following skills, Deception, Intimidation, Performance, or Persuasion. Additionally, when rolling an ability check with your chosen skill, you may use your Wisdom modifier instead of your Charisma modifier.
Additionally, you gain proficiency with martial weapons.
Toon Body
Starting at 1st level, your body begins to take on inky or rubbery properties. You may fit into any space as small as one inch wide without having to use half of your movement.
Additionally, while not wearing armor, your AC is equal to 8 + your Wisdom modifier + your Constitution modifier. You may use a shield and still gain this benefit.
Channel Divinity: Rubber Hose
Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to harness the unnatural stretchy powers of cartoons.
As a bonus action, you may cause your arms and legs to stretch up to 5ft for 1 minute, allowing you to stretch your legs to become taller or give your melee attacks, grapple attempts, or shove actions an additional 5ft of range.
This range is increased by an additional 5ft at 8th level, an again at 17th level.
Channel Divinity: Actually Cheating
Starting at 6th level, you can use your Channel Divinity to actually cheat.
As a reaction, when you or a creature within 30ft of you makes an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, you may cause the roll to either add double the creature's proficiency bonus to it if it does not already, or subtract the creature's proficiency bonus from the roll entirely. Monsters and NPCs use your proficiency bonus instead of their's when adding the bonus to their rolls.
You may do this after the roll is made but before the outcome of the roll is determined.
Divine Strike
Starting at 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with divine energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon Attack, you can cause the Attack to deal an extra 1d8 damage of the same type dealt by the weapon to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8.
Creative Body
Starting at 17th level, you learn the Shapechange spell. When casting this spell, you may choose to Shapechange into Constructs or Undead creatures as well as the creatures normally applicable to the spell. Lastly, while casting the spell, you may change forms using your bonus action instead of your action.
