Swarm Tactics. The Vespidan Worker has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of her allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.
Wasp Rider. The Vespidan Worker may ride a Giant Wasp into combat. If so, it occupies the same space as her, and may not be targeted by single target attacks as long as she is riding it. It grants the vespidan Worker its
50 ft fly speed, while gaining the Worker's Swarm Tactics trait in return. The Giant Wasp may attack as normal, but it's movement is dictated by the Vespidan Worker. While mounted the Vepsidan Worker may not attack with her Sting, but her domesticated mount its poison save DC is increased by 1, and those who fail it are also poisoned until the end of their next turn. Should its rider be removed, then the Giant Wasp will attack the closest hostile target until its death.
Actions
The Vespidan Worker may attack with either her Rapier or her Sting in melee combat.
Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) slashing damage.
Sting. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage and the target must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, taking 7 (2d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Those who fail this save are also poisoned until the end of their next turn.
Shortbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.
