A series of miscellaneous magic items for the 5e community's enjoyment, this time with recommendations and suggestions from my followers:

PS, I'm terrible at determining the rarity of an item so take that with a grain of salt.

Malques

Wondrous Item, uncommon.

A Malques is a charm made of wire and beads, hung from one's neck to ward against evil.

When wearing a Malques, fiends, undead, and creatures with an Evil alignment with a CR equal or below your level have disadvantage on attacks, spells, or other effects targeting you.

A typical Malques has 5 charges. Each time you are targeted by one of the aforementioned effects, your Malques loses a charge. When it reaches 0, the Malques crumples and is effectively destroyed.

Making a Malques

Malqueses can be made by characters with proficiency in Religion.

They require 5 gp worth of wire and beads and a DC: 15 religion OR sleight of hand check.

The amount of charges is a base of 5, however, when made is increased by the maker's Religion bonus.

Quiver of Unending Ammunition

Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement).

A quiver imbued with an enchantment that retrieves the attuned's ammunition. After firing an arrow, it will return itself to the quiver 30 seconds after it has been fired. This effect does not transfer to arrows with otherwise arcane properties such as enchanted arrows, excluding arcane effects granted by Arcane Archer or similar subclasses.

Leviathan Axe

Battleaxe, rare (requires attunement).

A strangely balanced battleaxe with runes on its haft that retains its weight and strength, but also happens to be balanced correctly for throwing. You may make ranged attacks with this weapon (retaining the versatile property) with a range of 15/40. The axe returns to you at the beginning of your next turn.

Dragonspit Glaive

A wonderfully crafted glaive with a metalwork motif of a dragon's roaring mouth at the base of the blade.

You gain +1 to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon, and additionally can cast the Fire Bolt cantrip at will using the Dragonspit Glaive as a material component, replacing vocal and somatic.

Your spellcasting modifier is Constitution. If you are a spellcaster you may use your typical spellcasting modifier.

Moonglade

Any sword, rare (requires attunement)

A shimmering silver sword that's hilt is comprised of coiled metal with vine-like patterns and a crescent moon shaped pommel.

While attuned to this sword you may elect for your attacks to deal radiant damage instead of their usual damage type. Additionally, the blade has 3 charges.

You may use one of the charges to amplify the sword with moonlight, dealing an additional 2d6 radiant damage or cast Spike Growth. You regain these charges over the course of a long rest.

Your spellcasting modifier is Wisdom. If you are a spellcaster you may use your typical spellcasting modifier.

Ring of Entropy

The ring of entropy is a heavy steel ring, inlaid with a chunky red gem that gives off a miasma of power.

When attuned to the Ring of Entropy you may cast Counterspell and Dispel Magic, expending 15 hit points in order to use the spell. The ring's power comes not from charges, but from the lifeforce of its wielder.

Skeleton Key v1.

An unassuming key that has the potential to open any lock. You may use this key to open any lock with a DC under DC: 20. This effect works against Arcane Lock on a successful Arcana check against the caster's spell DC.

Skeleton Key v2.

A magic key that unlocks doors to anywhere. Once per rest with this Skeleton key, you can place it against any material, creating a keyhole that when unlocked, will cast a Dimension Door to any location within 300 ft you wish. This version of Dimension door can transport up to 6 people.

You may only use this property once per long rest.
