Roguish Archetype

At 3rd level, a rogue gains the Roguish Archetype feature. This document presents a new option for this feature: the Freerunner.

Freerunner

You focus your skills on mobility and physical elusiveness. Those who follow this archetype are nearly impossible to pin down in a fight, clambering over obstacles and even sheer walls with ease. Freerunners are always moving, using their unparalleled agility to strike with deadly force.

Sprint

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you can make use of your momentum to enhance your agility. Your speed increases by 10 feet if you spent all of your movement continuously last turn. You can only be affected by one instance of this speed increase at a time.

Additionally, you gain proficiency in the Acrobatics skill if you don't already have it. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses this skill.

Swift Strike

Starting at 3rd level, you learn how to use your mobility to your advantage in combat and catch opponents off guard. When you take the Dash action and move at least 20 feet towards a creature, you may use your Sneak Attack

against that creature this turn even if you don't have advantage on the attack roll.

Parkour

At 9th level, your improved mobility allows you to perform borderline impossible acrobatic feats. When you take the Dash action, you can move along vertical surfaces without falling during your movement, and you can move across elevation changes and gaps of up to 5 feet as if it were flat ground.

Improved Evasion

Beginning at 13th level, whenever you are missed by an attack or succeed on a Dexterity saving throw, you can use your reaction to move up to your speed. During this movement, opportunity attacks have disadvantage against you. This movement can benefit from your Parkour feature.

Masterful Agility

At 17th level, your elusiveness and mobility becomes unchallenged. Your movement does not provoke opportunity attacks and ignores difficult terrain.

Additionally, whenever you use your Swift Strike feature, your Sneak Attack damage increases by 4d6 against the target creature.
