Actions
Judgement Bolt (Recharge 5-6) Large beam-like bolts descends from the skies. Ramuh chooses up to 3 creatures that he can see within 60ft. Lightning bolts strike creatures in a 15ft radius center around the main targets, creatures in the area must make a DEX saving throw or take 4d8 lightning damage, halved on success; the chosen targets take 8d8 lightning damage, halved on success. Creatures can only be affected by one Judgement Bolt.
Legendary Actions
Ramuh can take 3 legendary reactions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Ramuh regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Cantrip Ramuh can cast a cantrip.
High Voltage (3 Actions): Ramuh creates sudden shocks of lightning strikes down on the spot. Ramuh chooses up to 10 creatures within 60ft of him and they must make a DEX saving throw or take 5d4 lightning damage.
Catalyzing Spark (2 Actions): Ramuh conjures up 4 medium-sized crystals with crackling sparks within 30ft of Ramuh. These crystals lasts a minute and if any creatures are within 20ft of them must make a CON or DEX saving throw or be stunned. These crystals have 30HP and resistance to all damage. Only 4 crystals can be out at a time and can’t use this ability all crystals are destroyed.
