Blind Seer

Expert Path

Travelling the lands of Rul is risky, you never know what you can find; or even worse, what can find you. Good and evil come in different shapes and sizes, and only a keen eye can see beyond appeareance. If you're a traveller, a commoner, an adventurer, or whatever you want to be called, you should learn to see the eyes of those around you, and if you find one looking straight into your soul, you'd probably found a seer. Don't leave so easily; they probably won't hurt you, and if they want to, do not hide, for you cannot.

There are many ways in which seer are made, but they all share a common thing; sight has become a rarity. A gift, a suffering, or both simultaneously, it all resides in the eyes of the beholder.

d6 Story Developement
1 You were gifted by your god to see the world differently, and you were commended to help your kin not be fouled by the devil. In return, you cannot longer see as mortals do
2 You lost your eyes in an accident, and a devilish creature decided to grant you the gift of superhuman sight, but the price to pay is not in gold
3 You died for an instant and now you see the way ghosts do, but real light dazzles you
4 You lost your sight, or maybe you were born without it. Your dedication to bolster your other senses has made you able to see things now. Your inner peace is the only thing allowing you to see through different eyes.
5 Magic experimentation and a inexperienced magician can sometimes be tragic. You were trying to bond yourself with magic itself, but only your sight changed
6 After losing your eyeballs, you or someone put some eyeballs taken from a corpse in your sockets. You have bonded with that or those spirits and now aide you in your sight
